Area: From the estuary in the center of Abersoch up to the rocks at Bwlch Tocyn.
Tackle: Standard beachcaster or light Bass rod with a two or three hook rig. Spinning gear with lures and plugs for the Bass in the warmer months.
Tides: Fishes best on spring tides, around low tide and the first couple of hours of the flood but will also produce at high tide. This beach fishes very well in an East or South Easterly wind.
Bait: Razor, Lug, Sandeels
Conditions: Flat sandy beach totally clean ground.
Other fish: Beware of Weavers!
This beach is very popular during the summer months and is probably best avoided during the day as it becomes too crowded with bathers to fish.
