Area: The rocky headland between the eastern end of Nefyn beach and Pistyll beach.
Tackle: Standard beach fishing gear. A one up one down clip down rig. Hook sizes 2 to 4/0 depending on target species. Spinning and plugging gear for the Bass, Makerel and Pollack.
Tides: Fishes better on the incoming tide. But can fish an hour after high for about three hours.
Bait: Crab, Ragworm, Lugworm, Sandeel, Mackerel, Squid and Razor fish.
Conditions: Fishing off rocks onto mostly clean ground. There is a large patch of boulders close in to the left which often fishes well for Bass.
This is one of the best marks for Plaice in the area and the only venue where you may catch a Blonde Ray.
